How It All Began
Melissa and Liam, founders of Feathers and Florence Bridal Studio, have created a curated coffee bar, located in Grimsargh, Lancashire.
Gaia Coffee Bar was born from Melissa & Liam’s vision of creating a serene space where brides could unwind after their bridal appointments. However, as the sister brand took shape, they quickly realised the local craving for a refined, welcoming coffee spot.
Embracing this demand, Gaia Coffee Bar has evolved into a haven for everyone—whether you’re celebrating a bridal moment or simply seeking a deliciously brewed coffee in an curated space.
